How to create a new API key?

Creating and managing API keys is essential for securely accessing and integrating with external services. Follow these detailed steps to generate a new API key for your account:

1. Log in to Your Account: Access your corporate account using your credentials.
2. Navigate to Profile Settings: Click on your initials or profile icon located at the top right corner of your screen to open the settings menu.
3. Access the API Section: Under the settings, select “Accounts” and then navigate to the “API” tab. Here, you will find a list of all your existing API keys.
4. Create a New API Key: Click the “Create new API key” button to start the process.
5. Provide a Name for the API Key: Enter a descriptive name for your new API key to easily identify its purpose in the future.
6. Set Scope Groups: Select the appropriate scope groups for the API key based on the level of access or permissions required.
7. Whitelist IP Addresses: Add the IP addresses that will be allowed to access the API services. Remember, only requests from these IPs will be permitted.
8. Generate the API Key: Click “Create new API key”. The system will generate the API key name, API key, and Secret credentials. Important: Save these credentials securely, as the Secret will not be displayed again.
9. Finalize the Process: Confirm that you have saved the credentials. You will then be redirected to the main API section, where your newly created API key will be listed under “My API keys”.
